Natural wonders of the United States of America

This article isn’t exactly new (it came out in July), but I keep coming back to it when I need some eye candy or travel inspiration and it is just too good not to share. You know I love traveling all over the world, but I also love traveling a little bit closer to home. I truly believe that we live in America the Beautiful, a place with purple mountain majesties and shining seas. Our country has so much to offer and although I’ve been fortunate to travel through a good amount of it, there is even more that I have yet to experience.

So with that, Happy Friday! Enjoy some travel eye candy of the natural wonders of the United States of America!

Have you been to any of these places and if so, which were your favorites? I have been to the natural wonders cited in CNN’s list in California, Colorado, Florida, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington, and Wyoming. Looks like I have a long list to start checking off! My favorite of the few I have been to is (hands down!) Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming. I visited once and loved it so much that I worked there the following summer. I am in love with YNP and have been wanting to go back ever since! The beauty of the park is truly surreal.
